What makes SPESH India products special?
SPESH India products are made using natural ingredients, authentic Indian flavours, and traditional recipes. We focus on purity, quality and taste to bring you the true essence of India in every drop and bite.
Are your sharbat and syrups made from natural ingredients?
Yes. Our sharbats and syrups are prepared with real fruit extracts, flower essences, herbs and spices, following time-tested Indian recipes.
Do you use artificial colours or preservatives?
We keep our recipes as close to tradition as possible. Please check the label on each product for the complete ingredient list.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Most sharbats and syrups have a shelf life of 12 months from manufacture when stored in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
Are SPESH products suitable for kids?
Yes, our drinks and treats are loved by kids and adults alike. Enjoy them in moderation as part of a balanced diet.

How can I place an order?
Browse our shop, add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can order as a guest or with your SPESH account.
What are the delivery charges?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A nominal charge applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver across India through trusted logistics partners.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped you will receive a tracking link, and you can also track it from My Account → My Orders.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
How can I request a refund?
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product. We will guide you through the process.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We are sorry! Share photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How long does the refund process take?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (for orders up to ₹2000).
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Payments are handled by secure, PCI-compliant payment partners; we never store your card details.

How do I make the perfect sharbat?
Mix 2–3 tablespoons of SPESH sharbat in a glass of chilled water or milk, add ice and enjoy.
Can I use your syrups in desserts?
